Luxury Face Balm

Our all natural, luxury Face Balm is a superfood for your skin, it’s packed full of goodness and used regularly it will sooth, heal, revitalise, rejuvenate and tone your skin.  Packaged in a 60ml glass jar, and delivered in plastic free packagaing, a little of this will go a long way making it great value for money.
 
Below are just some of the lovely, regenerative and restorative oils we use to make our Face Balm which in total contains ten beautiful and beneficial ingredients.  This balm has taken us several years to create and is unique to Firscroft Honey Bees.  This, as well as all our balms, has gone through the extensive safety testing required and is fully certified.  
 
We are delighted to bring this balm to you and are sure that once you try it you will not look back.
 
All of our lovely balms are handmade by us in small batches.  We use a lovely natural blend of oils, essential oils and the beeswax from our own beautiful bees who forage in the beautiful Devon countryside.
 
 
Carrot Seed Oil:
With its origins being traced back to Egypt, France and India, Carrot Seed Oil has remarkable skin revitalising and toning properties and it’s considered one of the best rejuvenating oils of all time.  By helping the body remove toxins and water build-up in the dermal tissue this oil gives skin a firmer fresher appearance.  It’s rich in Carotene and Vitamin A, both of which are effective antioxidants that help your skin look its best, it is even said to promote cellular regeneration.
 
With all these wonderful properties, it's no wonder we add Carrot Seed Oil to our natural and luxurious Face Balm - we'd be mad not to!
 
Coconut Oil:
Shown to act as a moisturiser, this wonderful oil has some tremendous benefits for your skin.  It has proven antioxidant properties which are known to help stop skin ageing early and keeps your skin healthy and smooth.  The rejuvenating properties of Coconut Oil also help to reduce moisture loss and to help protect against microbial infections and aid the replacement of damaged cells.
 
Beeswax:
Made up of more than 284 compounds - most of which are fatty acids and chain alcohols - Beeswax is truly amazing.  It improves the natural oil barrier of your skin and keep it hydrated.  
 
Our beautiful bees work extremely hard to create the wax and it should be treasured - the girls need to consume around 6-8lbs of honey to create 1lb of beeswax.
 
Of course Honey is already well-known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, so it will come as little surprise that beeswax has also been proven to be very beneficial in skin care products.  It forms a natural breathable barrier and works to trap moisture, reduce dryness and keep out toxins all without clogging your pores.  It’s a humectant, attracting water molecules, and it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergenic properties.  It is naturally high in Vitamin A which promotes the regeneration of cells.
 
Rosehip Oil:
This is yet another lovely ingredient in our face balm.  Because it contains high concentrations of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 and K Rosehip Oil is known for its exceptional regenerative and healing properties.  It helps to increase collagen production and skin elasticity.  Rosehip Oil is also high in Vitamin C which can help with the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, brighten the skin and help fight free-radicals.  Its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties make it great for skin struggling with eczema, rosacea and acne.
 
Rose Geranium Oil:
This delicately scented oil is reputed to have numerous benefits for the skin.  Balancing the skins natural oil production and reducing the appearance of large pores are just two of the known benefits alongside soothing skin ailments and rejuvenating the complexion.
